Neki implements on its platform the SCAIP (Social Care Alarm Internet Protocol) protocol reflected in the Swedish Standards Institute's SS 91100: 2014 standard , which allows proper integration into the main telecare platforms such as Neat, Tunstall or Victrix.
We have available an API Rest for the complete integration of Neki services into your current telecare or social health services platform, so that you can access our service from your regular platform, without the need to use two different platforms.
